Christ Community Church is led by elders who have been called out by the congregation and gifted by the Holy Spirit to shepherd the body and oversee the church in accordance with the Scriptures. These are the seven qualifications that we are looking for in Elder candidates (click sections to reveal further explanation of each qualification).
